Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-08-11 · Last updated: 2026-10-14
OneFast API (“OneFast”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an aggregation gateway for AI models, available at https://onefast.ai together with our APIs, dashboards, documentation and related services (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, and form a binding agreement between you and LinkOne AI Limited, the company that operates OneFast, incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include limitations on our liability (Section 18), an obligation to indemnify us in certain circumstances (Section 19), and provisions on governing law and dispute resolution (Section 22).
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, generating an API key, sending a request to our API, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity. Where an entity account has administrators, those administrators may configure settings, issue and revoke API keys, and view usage records for all users under that account.
2. The Service
OneFast is an aggregation gateway for large language models and other AI models. We provide a unified API endpoint, routing, load balancing, failover, unified billing and usage analytics. We do not train, own or operate the underlying models. Requests you send to us are routed to third-party model providers or their authorised resellers (each a “Model Provider”), which perform the inference and return the result through us to you.
The set of models, model versions, routes and capacity available through the Service changes over time. We may add, modify, deprecate, reprice, suspend or remove any model, model version, route or feature at any time, including because a Model Provider has done so, has changed its terms, or has become unavailable to us.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly permit their use of it.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive trade sanctions, or if you are a person or entity designated on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. You may not make the Service available to any such person or entity, whether directly or through resale.
You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or terminated your account, unless we expressly permit you to do so in writing.
4. Accounts, API Keys and Security
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. You may register using an email address and password, or through a supported third-party identity provider such as Google or GitHub, in which case that provider will share a limited set of profile identifiers with us as described in our Privacy Policy.
API keys authenticate requests as yours and are equivalent to credentials. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential, for all activity conducted through them, and for all charges those activities incur, whether or not you authorised the activity. Do not embed API keys in client-side code, public repositories or distributed applications.
You must notify us promptly at support@onefast.ai if you know or suspect that your credentials have been disclosed or used without authorisation. We provide key rotation and revocation, and support two-factor authentication; we strongly recommend enabling it. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard credentials.
5. Fees, Credits and Billing
The Service is offered on a prepaid basis. You purchase credits, which are then consumed as you use the Service. Credits are a prepaid balance denominated in United States dollars; where the interface displays amounts in another currency, that display is a convenience conversion and does not change the underlying denomination.
Charges are calculated per request based on the model used, the number of input, output and cached tokens reported for that request, and the price then in effect for your account or pricing group. Prices for each model are published in the Service and may change; changes take effect for requests made after the change. Your usage records, including per-request token counts and charges, are available in your dashboard.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank, card-network or payment-channel fees associated with your purchases, other than taxes based on our net income.
If your balance reaches zero, requests will be rejected until you add credits. You are responsible for monitoring your balance. Promotional, complimentary or trial credits may be issued at our discretion, may carry an expiry date, may be restricted to particular models or groups, and have no cash value.
If we determine that charges were applied in error, we will correct the balance. If a request fails in a way that returns no usable output and no charge is owed to the Model Provider, we will not knowingly charge you for it; where an upstream provider bills us for a failed request, we may pass that charge through and will explain it on request.
6. Refunds
Credits are prepaid and are generally non-refundable. Credits that you have already consumed are not refundable under any circumstances.
You may request a refund of your unused credit balance by contacting support@onefast.ai. Where your account is in good standing and has not been used in breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused balance to the original payment method, less any fees charged by the payment channel and any amounts we are required to withhold. We will normally process approved refunds within 30 days of approval.
The following are not refundable: promotional, complimentary, referral, compensation or trial credits; credits in an account that we have suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms; credits attributable to a transaction that is the subject of a chargeback or payment dispute; and credits where refund is prohibited by applicable law or by the rules of the payment channel used.
Refunds to a payment channel that no longer exists, that cannot receive funds, or that we cannot verify as belonging to the account holder may be declined or may require additional identity verification.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of the remaining balance.
7. Third-Party Model Providers
Your use of any model through the Service is also subject to the terms, acceptable use policies and content policies of the relevant Model Provider. You are responsible for identifying and complying with those terms for the models you use. Where a Model Provider imposes a restriction on us that we must pass through to you, we will do so.
You must not use the Service to obtain access to a model or capability that a Model Provider has restricted from you, your organisation or your geography, and you must not misrepresent your identity, location or intended use in order to obtain such access.
The same model may be reachable through more than one commercial route, and routes differ in price, capacity and in the data terms offered by the operator serving them. We group routes into verified and cost-optimised tiers and describe the difference in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. Where your workload involves confidential, regulated or personal data, you must use verified routes; we will not fail over from a verified route to a route with materially different data terms without your authorisation.
Model Providers are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Section, of Section 8 (Acceptable Use) and of Sections 17 and 18 (Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability), and may enforce those provisions directly against you.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service, or permit anyone else to use it, to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person;
- generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- create, distribute or operate malware, ransomware, exploits, phishing content, spam, or tooling whose principal purpose is unauthorised access to computer systems or data;
- conduct fraud, impersonate a person or organisation in a deceptive manner, generate synthetic identities or documents for deception, or produce content designed to deceive for financial gain;
- generate targeted harassment, incitement to violence, or content promoting self-harm;
- make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about an individual — including in employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or law enforcement — based on model output without meaningful human review;
- provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice to third parties in a manner that presents model output as professional advice or as verified fact;
- operate the Service in safety-critical contexts where failure could cause death, personal injury or severe environmental or property damage;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with rate limits, quotas, billing, authentication, abuse prevention or any other technical or security measure of the Service or of a Model Provider;
- scrape, mirror or systematically extract our pricing, routing, capacity or availability data other than through documented endpoints, or use the Service to build a competing aggregation product by extracting our routing or supply information;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service except under a reseller arrangement we have expressly authorised in writing;
- use output from the Service to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve a competing model where the relevant Model Provider prohibits that use; or
- conduct adversarial testing, red-teaming, jailbreak research or vulnerability research against the Service or against Model Providers through the Service, without our prior written approval. To request approval, contact support@onefast.ai.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the content you receive. You must review output before relying on it, and you must not present output as human-authored where doing so would be deceptive or is prohibited by law.
9. Rate Limits, Capacity and Fair Use
We apply rate limits, concurrency limits and quotas to protect the stability of the Service and to comply with limits imposed on us by Model Providers. These limits vary by account, model and route, and may be adjusted without notice.
We may throttle, queue, reroute or reject requests, including where a route is degraded or where your traffic pattern threatens the stability of the Service for other users. Automated retry logic in your integration must use exponential backoff and must respect the responses we return.
10. Your Inputs and Outputs
“Input” means prompts, files, images, audio and other content you submit to the Service. “Output” means the content returned to you by a model in response to your Input.
As between you and us, you retain all rights you hold in your Input. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, transform and otherwise process your Input and Output solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service — that is, to route your request to the selected Model Provider, return the result to you, meter and bill the request, and enforce these Terms.
As between you and us, we claim no ownership of Output. Your rights in Output are determined by the terms of the relevant Model Provider and by applicable law, which in some jurisdictions may not recognise copyright in machine-generated content. Output is not unique: identical or similar Input by other users may produce identical or similar Output, and we make no representation that Output is original or non-infringing.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to submit your Input, including where it contains personal data, confidential information or third-party intellectual property. If you submit personal data through the Service, you act as controller and we act as processor in respect of that data; contact privacy@onefast.ai if you require a data processing agreement.
11. Privacy and Data Handling
Our handling of personal data is described in the OneFast Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, how request content is transmitted to Model Providers, how long we retain records, and the rights available to you.
You acknowledge that operating the Service necessarily involves transmitting your Input to the Model Provider you have selected or that our routing has selected, and that the Model Provider’s own data practices then apply to that transmission. Where a particular data-handling guarantee matters to you, you are responsible for selecting a model or route whose provider offers it.
12. Service Availability
We aim for high availability and operate redundant routing, but the Service is provided without any guaranteed uptime, latency or throughput unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you that states otherwise. We do not offer a service level agreement by default.
We may perform maintenance, apply emergency changes, or restrict access to protect the Service, our users or Model Providers, at any time and where practicable with notice.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of consumed credits; unused balance is handled under Section 6.
We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, immediately and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: you have breached these Terms; your use creates a security, legal, or financial risk to us, other users, or a Model Provider; your account is involved in fraud or an unresolved payment dispute; or we are required to do so by law or by a Model Provider.
Where a suspension is based on a breach that can be cured and does not present an immediate risk, we will normally give you an opportunity to cure it. Where we terminate your account for breach of these Terms, any remaining credit balance is forfeited.
Sections 10 (Inputs and Outputs, as to licences already granted), 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22 and 23 survive termination.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interfaces, documentation, routing logic, and all trade marks, logos and brand elements of OneFast, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this notwithstanding this restriction. You must not use our name, logos or brand elements without our prior written consent.
15. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you. We are free to use feedback without attribution or compensation.
16. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information of the other in connection with the Service. Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least reasonable care, use it only for purposes of these Terms, and not disclose it to third parties except to personnel and contractors bound by comparable obligations.
A party may disclose confidential information where legally compelled, provided that, where lawful and practicable, it first gives the other party notice sufficient to allow it to seek protective relief.
Non-public information about our supply arrangements, upstream providers, routing configuration and cost structure is our confidential information. If you obtain access to it, whether through a reseller arrangement or otherwise, you must not disclose it.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE, ALL MODELS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT, AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that any model will remain available, or that Output will be accurate, complete, current, non-infringing, reproducible or fit for any purpose. AI models can and do produce content that is factually wrong, biased, offensive or fabricated, while appearing confident. You must independently verify Output before relying on it, and you assume all risk arising from your reliance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, DATA OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) USD 100.
These limitations apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they allocate risk between the parties in a manner reflected in the pricing of the Service.
19. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless OneFast, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents from and against any third-party claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Service; your Input or your use of Output; your breach of these Terms or of any Model Provider’s terms; or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.
We will notify you of any such claim, allow you to control the defence (provided that you may not settle in a way that imposes any obligation or admission on us without our written consent), and cooperate at your expense.
20. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including identity providers, payment processors, and Model Providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and make no warranty in respect of them.
21. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify these Terms. For changes that materially reduce your rights or materially increase your obligations, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect, by email to the address on your account or by prominent notice in the Service. Other changes, including clarifications and changes required by law or by a Model Provider, take effect when posted.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Changes to model pricing are not changes to these Terms and are governed by Section 5.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation, for a period of 30 days after written notice of the dispute is given. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong, the tribunal consists of one arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration is English.
Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. To the extent permitted by law, you and we each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective or representative proceeding. Either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information pending arbitration.
Nothing in this Section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where those provisions cannot be derogated from by agreement.
23. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written agreement we have signed with you, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings. In the event of conflict, a signed written agreement prevails over these Terms, and these Terms prevail over any other document.
These Terms are published in English and Chinese. The English version is the operative text; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of government, network or infrastructure failure, denial-of-service attacks, and the failure or withdrawal of a Model Provider.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices required by law, at the email address associated with your account or through the Service. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any of its provisions, except that Model Providers may enforce the provisions identified in Section 7.
